Since 2016, three generations of the Slessor family, led by Head Brewer Stuart Slessor, have been crafting a range of beers at their converted bakery building in Anstey, Leicestershire. They brew on a 700l hot liquor tank plus 200l booster tank, alongside a 500l mash tun and a 700l kettle. The beers can then be moved into either the two 500l FVs or one of the two 800l FVs plus a 800l bright tank.

Keeping MonsteX and Anstey Ales well stocked takes around three or four brews a week, however the brewery also undertakes contract brewing.
